First time living alone

When I got a job and moved to Tokyo to live alone, I was worried about not having any friends there, so I chose Cran Terrace. I was nervous and impatient because I was not used to the job, but I felt at ease knowing that I had friends I could talk to whenever I got home.

You can move in with just one suitcase!

When I returned from overseas, I was happy that the basic furniture and appliances were provided so I could start living with just one suitcase. I was able to move in with peace of mind because I had been given an explanation of the building and rules in advance during the online viewing.

I learned to play the violin when I was a student. I stopped playing after I started living alone because I had nowhere to play. However, when I moved to Clan Terrace, I brought my instrument from my parents' house and started playing again as a hobby.

I've resumed my interest in music

Compared to a monthly apartment, the cost was lower.
I've been busy and haven't been able to go out to the living room, but just hearing each other say "Good morning" or "Welcome home" when we pass each other in the hallway makes me feel reassured.
Since cleaning is included in the areas around water, the burden of housework has been reduced and it has become easier.

For those who are moving away from home

When I was living alone in a one-room apartment, I worked, ate, and watched TV all in the same space, which made it hard to change my mood. At Cran Terrace, there is a living room and workspace in addition to my own room, so I can separate my work and private time, and I'm able to lead a more structured life than before.

My room +α

If you are living alone in Tokyo for the first time and you want to prioritize security, it will be over your budget.
My search for a property wasn't going as well as I had hoped. Clan Terrace was within my budget and had security cameras, auto-locks, and security, so I felt safe. It was also reassuring to know that my sharemates were nearby if anything happened.
