▶Frequently Asked Questions
▶Voices from Our Residents
01 A Clean Share House
I toured several share houses, but Crannterrace was by far the cleanest.
The shared areas are cleaned by a housekeeper five days a week, so I always get to live in a clean environment.

02 Move In with Just a Suitcase!
When I returned from overseas, I was thrilled that I could start my life here with just a suitcase, as basic furniture and appliances were already provided.
I had a virtual tour beforehand where I was briefed on the house and its rules, so I felt confident about moving in.

I initially lived in another share house, but after visiting Crannterrace as a guest of a friend, I decided to move here.
The residents are all kind, and there's lots of communication, making everyday life enjoyable.

03 Moved from Another Share House
I came to Japan for language studies, so I chose Crannterrace to live in a share house where I could communicate in Japanese.
With about 80-90% of the residents being Japanese, there's a lot of conversation in Japanese, which is great for learning.
I’m very satisfied as I get to learn real, everyday Japanese, which is different from what I learn in school.
05 A Place to Practice Speaking Japanese

I lived at Crannterrace for about two years while working for a Japanese company.
I moved out when I returned to my home country but have since moved back into Crannterrace.
The residents are friendly, and the spacious living room and kitchen make it a great place to live.

04 A Repeat Resident
Living abroad comes with many concerns, so I wanted a place with solid security.
I found it difficult to find an apartment that fit my budget while prioritizing security.
At Crannterrace, even within my budget, I could enjoy the security of surveillance cameras, auto-lock doors, and security services, which gave me peace of mind.
It’s also reassuring to know that I have housemates nearby in case anything happens.
