Clean share house
I visited several share houses, but Clan Terrace was the cleanest.
The housekeeper cleans the common areas five days a week, so you can always live in a clean place.

02
You can move in with just one suitcase!
When I returned from overseas, I was happy that the basic furniture and appliances were provided so I could start living with just one suitcase. I was able to move in with peace of mind because I had been given an explanation of the building and rules in advance during the online viewing.

I was originally living in a different share house, but when I visited Clan Terrace as a guest of a friend, I was so impressed that I decided to move.
The residents are all kind and I can communicate with them a lot, so I am enjoying my life here every day.

03
Moving from another share house
I came to Japan to study English, so I chose Clan Terrace to live in a share house and communicate in Japanese. Clan Terrace is a very busy place, with about 80-90% of the residents being Japanese, so I learn a lot from the many conversations in Japanese.
I am very happy to be able to study real Japanese, something different from what I experience at school.
05
An environment where you can speak a lot of Japanese

I lived in Klan Terrace for about two years while working for a Japanese company. I moved out once to return to my home country, but now I'm living in Klan Terrace again. The residents are kind, the living room and kitchen are spacious, and it's a really good environment.

I'm repeating
